Customers tab
Overview
The customers tab represents all customers who have used Aeropay at your business. The table (shown below) provides more information about each customer.
This tab allows you to view information about your customers.

Viewing customers
All customers who have used Aeropay at your business will appear in the table, with the latest ones at the top. There is pagination at the bottom right (< 1 >) if there are too many customers to show on one page.
Note: to ensure you're viewing the most recent customer data, click the refresh button, which resets all filters and updates the table.

Here's what each column in the customer table represents(grouped accordingly):
User ID → a unique identifier automatically assigned to each customer in your system
Name → the customer's full name as it appears in their Aeropay profile
Reputation Status → indicates the trust level of the customer (Standard, VIP, or Blocked)
Email & Phone → contact information associated with the customer’s Aeropay account
Payment Volume → the total amount the customer has spent through Aeropay transactions
Payments → the number of completed payments made by the customer
First Payment → the date of the customer’s first successful Aeropay transaction
Last Payment → the date of the most recent payment made using Aeropay
Payout Volume → the total amount of funds paid out to the customer
Payouts → the number of payout transactions the customer has received
First Payout → the date of the customer’s first payout
Last Payout → the date of the customer’s most recent payout
Searching for customers
You can use the search bar to view customers specific to the drop-down filter to the left. You can tailor your search to the options below by opening the drop-down filter.

The options here are:
First Name → the customer's first name
Last Name → the customer's last name
Phone → the phone number associated with the customer's Aeropay account
Email → the email address associated with the customer's Aeropay account
Aeropass User UUID → a unique identifier tied to the customer's Aeropay account
Changing a customer's reputation status
To change a customer's reputation status, first find the customer in the table or use the search function explained above.
Then, click the “Edit (pen)” button next to the current status. A window will pop up to update the selected user's reputation status. Click “Save” to save the update.

The options here are:
Standard → default status for most users
VIP → elevated status for high-trust or priority customers
Blocked → prevents the user from completing future transactions
