Subscriptions tab
Overview
The subscriptions tab allows admins to create new subscriptions for their business, utilizing Aeropay as the recurring payment method.
These subscriptions are tied to a payment link you can generate and send to customers and/or create as a QR code for users to scan.
The subscription is broken down into three "plans" or tiered charges for customers to utilize. Continue the article below to learn how to create, manage, and view subscriptions.
Viewing active subscriptions
All active subscriptions can be found in the table on the page. There is pagination at the bottom right (< 1 >) if there are too many users to show on one page.
Note: to ensure you're viewing the most recent active subscriptions, click the refresh button to update the table

This table provides high-level information about your active subscriptions, such as:
Plan Name → the name of the subscription as it appears to the customer
Plan Type → indicates whether the plan is for customers or businesses
Frequency → how often the subscription renews (e.g. monthly or yearly)
Charge → the cost of the subscription or pricing tiers associated with the plan
Free Trials → shows whether a free trial is available and its duration (if applicable)
Subscribers → the number of customers currently subscribed to that plan
Creating a new subscription
Admins can select the “New Subscription” button at the top right of the table to create a new subscription.
Doing so will open a window to add information about the new subscription described below.

The criteria needed to create a new subscription are:
Subscription Name → the name of the subscription as it will appear to customers during sign-up
Type → indicates whether the subscription is intended for customers or businesses
Plan 1 → the price for the first (base) tier of the subscription
Plan 2 → the price for the second (middle) tier of the subscription
Plan 3 → the price for the third (highest) tier of the subscription
Time Frame* → whether the subscription is billed monthly or yearly (this also determines the charge date)
Free Trial → enables a 1-month free trial for first-time subscribers
*Subscriptions are billed based on the day the customer signs up.
For example, if a user signs up on January 21st, 2025:
- monthly subscriptions will bill on the 21st of each month
- yearly subscriptions will bill on January 21st every year
Editing an active subscription
To edit an active subscription, change its name, type, plan amounts, or add/remove the free trial, click the “Edit” button at the beginning of the subscription entry in the table.
Doing so will pop up a window to update the selected subscription. Click “Save” to update the information.

The subscription timeframe cannot be edited. To change this, the subscription would need to be deleted and reset as a new one.
Details page
The details page provides more detailed information on customers who have signed up for a subscription. To view the details page, click the "Details" button at the end of the subscription entry in the table.

Doing so will direct you to a new window that showcases more details about the signed-up customers.

On this page, you can find the following information about each subscribed user:
Status → indicates whether the user is currently active on the subscription
Customer Name → the full name of the customer, along with their associated user ID
Plan ID → the ID number of the subscription plan the user is enrolled in
Frequency → how often the customer is charged (e.g. monthly or yearly)
Charge → the dollar amount the customer is being charged per cycle
Next Charge → the date the customer will be charged next
End Date → the date the customer canceled or ended their subscription
You can also delete the customer from the subscription by clicking the red trash can at the end of their entry.
